Attention local residents... I am teaching a YOGA FUSION workshop on April 26 at the N spa in Delray Beach and on April 27 at The yoga connection in Davie. Please call me for directions and more information. YOGA FUSION is a unique blend of yoga vinyasas with the addition of kickboxing, pilates, light weight calesthenics, and dance movement.


Personal Training Sessions, Pilates Mat, Pilates Equipment and Yoga sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Private and Semi-Private sessions are available as well.
